Terms & Conditions
Booking to be confirmed with 100 % deposit. A breakage deposit to the value of 1 month’s rent to be paid on arrival. Monthly accounts to be settled on the 1st of each month. Only tenants included on the Lease Agreement to occupy apartment. Copy of ID, Passport and credit card to be given on arrival. R550.00 Contract Fee applicable. Village & Life reserves the right to move the tenant to another apartment of same classification during the lease period, should the need occur for what so ever reason. Village & Life reserves the right to evict the tenant should the Estate Rules and Regulations not be honored by the tenant.
